Have you any questions?
Is there a problem if somebody use my personal Coupon or the link
No, both option are valid, the link will be automatically applying the discount to your friend and will signal us, who to reward for that order.
Is there a limit on how many people I invite?
Absolutely not, you can share with as many people as possible and they can use the link/coupon multiple times, increasing your reward each time.
How are referrals tracked?
The platform we use cookies so that at every use of the link they should work for 90 days, we however advice to remember your friends to use your personal Coupon/link at every order so you will be sure to be rewarded.
How do I get rewarded?
You will be notified when your friends order, and you will decide if it is better for you to receive straight away the Coupon or wait until you get an higher reward. The coupon will be issued as soon as you ask us to do so.
How does my reward will be calculated?
The discount for your friend and the relative coupon/link will be applied on all orders above 129€ (or the equivalent in other currencies) on the total of the order.
Are other discounts cumulable with my Friends Discount and my reward?
Both discounts, what you grant and what you earn is cumulative on discounts on shipping and regular discounts instore. For special promotions they are not cumulative, so please check/make your friends check so that they always apply your personal discount.
